About Us

Ward Environmental was founded in 2014 when we partnered with one of the biggest environmental firms in the Portland Metro area. Since then, we have completed over 650 Phase I Environmental Site Assessments all over the West Coast, including assessments as far north as Blaine, Washington, and as far south as San Luis Obispo, California.

Fast forward to today, Ward Environmental is a leader in environmental due diligence. We have helped developers, land acquisition managers, entrepreneurs, and industries identify, manage, and correct environmental issues. Representative projects include lumber mills, tire retread facilities, water treatment plants, orchards, large developments, dry cleaners, and gas stations.

Casey Ward, the Principal Consultant of Ward Environmental, got his start in the environmental realm during a six-year stint in the U.S. Navy managing radioactive and hazardous substances, including radioactive discharges to the ocean. After, Casey earned a Bachelor’s in Nuclear Engineering Technology, completed coursework in Civil Engineering, and achieved a Juris Doctorate. Casey has been an ASTM-qualified Environmental Professional since 2019.
